BT Sport on EE mobile help needed
Chaps,

I've just been given BT sport free for 6 months by EE.

According to EE, BT Sport can only be viewed on a device with a valid EE SIM card which is fair enough.

The question is, has anyone tried or does anyone know if i used an apple-hdmi cable and plugged my phone into my TV can i upscale and watch the football that way? Or am i restricted to only watching it on my phone/device.

Thanks in advance gents

Apple is shit. I can throw the app from my Sony phone to my Samsung TV no problem. Great picture too.

I took my phone into an apple shop seeking a solution for this hoping the hdmi cable direct from my iPhone would work. Sadly it didn't.

The tech guy then tried to airplay it to an Apple TV box in store but the app was blocked on this too.

Not sure about the HDMI cable, but does work over airplay to an Apple TV
